The Danube Transnational Programme is looking for the best videos showing the DTP projects' transnational cooperation activities and results! Create a video that captures the essence of your project both for stakeholders and the general public.
The voting will happen through Facebook, so keep an eye on #DTPVideoCompetition.

The third call for proposals of the Danube Transnational Programme was open between the 28th of January 2019 and 8th of March 2019. During this period 276 submissions were received, meaning that 2.853 institutions from all the Danube region are involved as project partners in the 276 Expressions of Interest considered for assessment. Most of the Project Partners are from Romania, Slovenia and Hungary. For more information on the applications click here.

One of the main competitions dedicated to INTERREG projects is open until the 30 April 2019 at 12:00 CET. The winning projects will be those that can present their project in an innovative way, using storytelling techniques. The 6 selected projects will be provided an opportunity to perform on stage during the EU week of Cities and Regions in the form of a Slam.

The call for the yearly European Commission award for the best and most innovative EU-funded projects in regional development is now open until the 9th of May. The REGIOSTARS are awarded to projects in five thematic categories (smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, urban development and a topic of the year).
Thus projects in the following 5 categories can be submitted:

On 29 January 2019 the European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions adopted the 2nd report on the implementation of the EU macro-regional strategies. The report's goal is to provide a detailed analysis on the EU macro-regional strategies: the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR), the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR), the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) and the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP).
