The SECCo2 tool-kit aims to enhance the knowledge base of practitioners and youngsters (to be) concerned with cross border cooperation by offering useful materials, guides and tools for the launching, development and realisation of CBC all over the two macroregions. It contains e-learning type contents on relevant EU policies, on the types of CBC structures and their legal background, a resource map and financial guidelines, documents on CB obstacles and best practices to overcome thereof.
