11th Forum of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR) 18–20 May 2026 | Skopje, North Macedonia

ACCELERATING EUSAIR: FROM COMMITMENT TO IMPACT

The Presidency of North Macedonia for the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR) is pleased to announce that the 11th EUSAIR Forum will be held on 19–20 May 2026 at the Holiday Inn Hotel Skopje (Filip Vtori Makedonski 5). Side events and a ministerial dinner are planned for 18 May 2026.

This annual high-level event gathers representatives from public administrations, European institutions, regional and local stakeholders, civil society organisations, youth representatives, and experts who collaborate to enhance cooperation throughout the Adriatic–Ionian region.

The 2026 Forum will concentrate on several key priorities, including:

  • advancing the rollout of the updated EUSAIR Action Plan,
  • reinforcing collaboration in the context of EU enlargement,
  • encouraging active and meaningful youth participation,
  • responding to demographic challenges,
  • fostering cross-border cooperation and deeper regional integration.

Additional information regarding logistics, the programme, thematic sessions, and venue arrangements will be shared in the coming weeks.
