To achieve an equitable ecological shift, shared environments must be developed and maintained to serve a wide-ranging demographic.
The New European Bauhaus (NEB) Facility theme, “Innovative approaches for the spatial design of neighbourhoods,” is seeking submissions that challenge traditional concepts of public space. This initiative investigates how pioneering techniques in urban planning can better integrate the varied viewpoints of residents while facilitating environmental sustainability at a local level.
Financial Support: Roughly €10 million total funding available for two selected initiatives.
Launch Date: May 5, 2026.
Application Cut-off: December 1, 2026.
