The Hungarian-Romanian Gate to Europe EGTC is organizing a conference titled "The economic and social effects of climate change within the territory of the EGTC" in Nyíradony. The EGTC is working on an overall strategy with concrete measures in order to tackle the negative impacts of climate change. The strategy and the conference are targeting the field of water management, agriculture, forestry and biodiversity.
